CENTRO One Health is a multi-disciplinary home-based health services non-profit provider, serving patients primarily in the Hampden County of MA, with a full range of Skilled Nursing Services, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
In addition, CENTRO One Health provides Medication Management, Medical Post Surgical Nursing Care, such as Post Breast Cancer Post Mastectomy Care, Post Panniculectomy Care and Wound Care.
